As of 20 April 2020, CRYSVITA® has been approved by Drug Office, Department of Health, The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hong Kong for the treatment of X-linked hypophosphatemia (XLH) in adult and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older. 1

질환이며, FGF23 과잉을 초래하는 PHEX 유전자에 생긴 돌연변이에

*In approximately 20–30% of cases, XLH occurs spontaneously and there is no family history8-10

How does CRYSVITA® work?

크리스비타® binds to and inhibits the biological activity of FGF23 restoring renal phosphate reabsorption and increasing the serum concentration of 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D.1
